RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES
IN DR. ROSENTHAL'S LAB!!
GRADUATE
RESEARCH ASSISTANT sought to work on NIH-funded
study of the personal consequences of exposure to community violence.
Position is part-time (15-21hours/week; flexible
hours) for a minimum of 1 year (preferably longer).
Salary range: $20-$22/hour, depending on experience and qualifications;
position has potential for publication; and has potential
for dissertation work. Basic responsibilities: 1) day-to-day
administrative tasks; 2) technical assistance: data collection and
analysis; 3) supervision of data entry; 4) data analysis and reporting
commensurate with knowledge and skill. Requirements: facility with
SPSS; good GPA; reliable, responsible; good interpersonal skills;
enrollment in Ph.D. program in a behavioral science. Preferred:
experience in social science research, especially empirical research.
Position available immediately; start date negotiable. Interviews
will continue until position is filled.
