Healthy Heart Day

Providers will be at York College to help you with choices and/or referrals for health insurance.

For students to expedite their enrollment they must have the following documents available:

  • Birth Certificate or Passport (for you and/or your children)
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Green Card or Citizenship Papers
  • Proof of Address (Utility or Credit Card Bill, Drivers License)

*Blood Pressure Screening* by York Nursing Department (RN Students)

*Cholesterol & Glucose Testing * by Healthy Achievers

*Nutrition Workshop* By Ronzetta Robinson from Amerigroup

In room AC-1M06 : 12pm-2pm
