Our Mission
Career Services mission is:
- to assist students through all phases of their career development.
- to provide leadership to the institution on career development concerns.
- to develop positive relationships with employers and other constituencies.
- to support institutional outcomes assessment and the college's mission.
All students are encouraged to attend an Orientation in 3M01 during in order to gain the maximum benefit from the services we provide. (Tues. & Thurs. 1pm and 5pm).

Applicants must:
- Be the first in your family to go to college
- Have earned a minimum G. P. A. of 3.2 or higher
- Be rising sophomores (Current freshman )

Beware Job Scams
Job scams become more prevalent as the economy struggles. Please take the following precautions when searching our database, and in general:
Unless you are legitimately hired, do not engage in ANY business transaction for a company or for an individual representing a business AT ALL. This includes:
- Responding to requests for you to handle money in any way other than receiving your honest wages AFTER you have put in your hours. Scams will frequently ask that you deposit a check or that you send or receive some sort of funds.
- Holding or shipping merchandise for an individual or for a company.
