New Online Transcript Request Service!

Both official and student transcript copies may now be ordered online using TranscriptsPlus. Students ordering over the Internet will receive their completed transcript request within three to five business days. Transcript records prior to 1975 will take 2-3 weeks to process. The regular transcript fee charged by York College is $7.00 per transcript (except to CUNY schools - which are free). There is an additional $2.00 fee for use of this online service. Official transcripts mailed directly to CUNY schools will only be charged the $2.00 service fee.

To utilize the online service, students will need to provide their Social Security Number, telephone number, a valid major credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover) in addition to other information requested on the transcript order form. Please click on the instructions under the title "How Does This Work" on the order form prior to completing the requested fields of information. Remember, a transcript will not be processed if there are any financial “stops" on the record (i.e. Bursar, Library, Financial Aid etc.).

If you are uncomfortable placing an order over the Internet, you can call Credentials Inc. at 847-716-3005 to place your transcript request.  There is an additional operator surcharge for placing orders over the telephone
