BUS370 (Not Liberal Arts) Labor Relations & Collective Barganing 3 hrs. 3 crs. This course is designed to provide an overview of the institutionalized setting of "labor relations" as it exists today. The course will cover topics such as union/management relationships, evolution of labor/management relationships, legal influences, unions and management, negotiating the labor agreement, economic issues, administrative issues, resolving negotiation disputes, contract administration, labor and employment arbitration, employee discipline, labor relations in the public sector and in multinational corporation and in other countries.
