Tom Moore worked as an on-air reporter and producer at Bloomberg Radio and TV in New York. He covered general news as well as business stories and was part of the staff that launched the Bloomberg Radio and TV operation. Moore also worked at The MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour on PBS and was part of the Decision ’88 team at the NBC News Election Unit. He studied at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism where he earned his Master’s in 1992. Moore has also worked for the New York Times and WBAI-Pacifica Radio. Before coming to York – he was a news writer at the CBS Radio Network in New York. Moore contributed an essay to a Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism collection of alumni essays about the changes in the digital journalism world. He also served as an editor of that soon to be published book titled, ''Ink Stains, Stories From 20 Years of Journalism and Life." He also helps edit Brooklyn’s Park Slope Food Coop Gazette.
