Boadnarine Bharosay is a certified public accountant (CPA) in both the States of New York and Florida. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of York College with a Master's degree in accounting and a Post-Master,s Certification in taxation. Professor Bharosay has extensive experience in public accounting, particularly in small business consultation, income taxes and auditing. He has authored and presented various seminars to professional groups including The NYSS CPA. He has authored articles for both The CPA journal and Community - Link. Under his leadership, grants were obtained and new curricula were developed in Aviation Management, Mortgage Finance and Computer Applications in Business. He served as Director/Consultant to several different organizations, including CPA. firms.
