Indoor Track And Field Sweeps Cunyac Championships

The York College men's and women's indoor track and field teams made school history, sweeping the 2010 CUNY Athletic Conference championships at the Armory in New York City Sunday evening. It is the first time that both teams have won the CUNYAC championship in the same season. The women’s team took home its first ever indoor title, while the men captured their fifth and their first since 2006.

York's Ronald St. John Wins 300th Career Game in Dramatic Fashion

Ronald St. John, head coach of the York College men’s basketball team, won his 300th career game Friday night as the Cardinals defeated Wells College 95-92. The Cardinals, who were playing in the opening round of the Skidmore College Hilton Garden Invitational, rallied from a 17 point halftime deficit and outscored Wells 61-41 in the second half to get St. John to the historic milestone.

For the second consecutive year, York College junior Elysee Vilsaint has been named the CUNY Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Player of the Year.
