Due to the closing of the University for Christmas Eve (Monday 12/24) and Christmas Day (Tuesday, 12/25), paychecks dated Thursday, December 27, 2012, will be available for pick from the Bursar's Office beginning 12 noon, on Thursday , December 27, 2012. As a reminder, employees are encouraged to sign up for the State's Direct Deposit program. Direct Deposit applications are available under "Forms," on the college's Human Resource webpage.
Additionally, the Office of the State Comptroller is in the process of preparing the 2012 W-2 Statements for distribution by the end of January 2013, and has asked colleges to have employees confirm their address, which appears on their paycheck/advice. We ask that you review the address that appears on your paycheck/advice dated December 27, 2012. If the address is incorrect (missing apt. #, etc), please stop by the Office of Human Resource Services located in AC-2H01, no later than Wednesday, January 3, 2013, to make the necessary corrections, which will avert delay of your statement.
