IT Advisement: Update to Automated Attendant for all York in-bound calls

The call pattern for all York in-bound calls has been modified in an effort to improve the caller experience.

When callers call our campus they are now greeted by a much improved automated voice which will immediately provide them with new options that are generally in the top 5 most requested.

These changes mean that calls will be directed more efficiently. Additionally, because of this change wait times at the Service Desk Call Center should start to drop.

We will be reaching out to all offices shortly to discuss your specific greetings and options you may not be aware of that could enhance the caller experience for your areas.
