CUNYFirst Message Update
Following the recent CUNYfirst difficulties, the fall payment due date has been extended until 6:30pm on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014
Additionally, CUNY and York College are also extending the 100% tuition refund date to close of business on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. This applies to tuition and any fees which would have been partially or completely refunded due to a change in enrollment. Students must settle their balances by the close of business on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 (6:30pm) to avoid classes from being de-registered for non-payment. Students will not be charged a late registration fee or change of program fee until Thursday, September 4th when the 50% refund policy will be in effect.
Review your CUNYfirst account to ensure that your tuition and fees are either covered by financial aid and/or the SallieMae payment plan. If you need a payment plan, you should contact SallieMae today at www.tuitionpay.com/CUNY. For quicker service, students who have outstanding balances are urged to make their payments online or visit the Bursar's Office during business hours. If you do not wish to attend York for the fall 2014 semester, you must log onto your CUNYfirst account and drop your courses by September 3rd to avoid any tuition liability."
