This is to inform you that a campus-wide shredding will be taking place on Thursday, July 31, 2014. If your department would like to participate, please complete the necessary certificates and have them signed by the Office of CPLA. Additionally, please let us know approximately how many boxes you plan to destroy by Thursday, July 24, 2014. This will allow us to make appropriate plans with shredding company.
Please remember to follow the guideline of your retention schedules and you MUST fill out a Certificate of Destruction before you can destroy any documents. No documents will be shredded without a completed certificate. Certificates can be picked up in room 2H05. Also, if you have not received your schedules please contact Geraldine Powell in the Office of CPLA.
