Research Methods Online is a tool created to help researchers, faculty and students with their research projects. Researchers can explore methods concepts to help them design research projects, understand particular methods or identify a new method, conduct their research, and write up their findings. Since Research Methods Online focuses on methodology rather than disciplines, it can be used across the social sciences, health sciences, and more.

]]> No publisher John Drobnicki CPLA Library 2011-01-24T15:00:00Z Announcement Library 3H Room number changes http://www.york.cuny.edu/library/library-3h-room-number-changes Now that the Library has moved out of the 3H corridor, it can be confusing for those looking for the rooms with the 3H designation that have remained within the Library, such as the Information Literacy Classroom (formerly 3H09). To simplify and standardize the designations – and to hopefully make it less confusing – all of the 3H rooms that remain part of the Library have been changed to 3G.  The locations have not changed, only the room numbers.  The Library's Information Literacy Classroom is now room 3G09.  The Adaptive Technology Resource Center is now room 3G12.  The various Group Study Rooms are now 3G01D, and 3G10 through 3G14, respectively.

Anyone wanting to go to the 3H corridor (e.g., Academic Achievement/Tutoring Center, the 3H classrooms, or the CUNY Peace Officer Academy) should enter directly through the 3rd floor H-wing doorway. The Library has finished moving out of the 3rd floor H-wing.  Thus, the red double doors between the Library and its former H-wing space have been locked, in order to safeguard Library materials.  Everyone must now enter and exit the Library through the 3rd floor G-wing doorway only.  Anyone wanting to go to the 3H corridor (e.g., Academic Achievement/Tutoring Center, the 3H classrooms, or the CUNY Peace Officer Academy) should enter directly through the 3rd floor H-wing doorway.
