Professor Cleary's current research interests include open  access journals and their effect on library collections, faculty publishing patterns and student bibliographies.  He has one peer reviewed article published on this subject.  Library facility development in a planned urban environment and public informations's effect on urban development is another area of research interest.  Professor Cleary is contributing book reviews to Choice.

Prof. Dasgupta has conducted research and published articles on Science lessons for elementary school students, Second Life and it's use in teaching and learning. She has also published short biographies and articles on innovative technologies in encyclopedias. Currently, she is conducting research on faceted structure in blog search engines and have presented related research at a conference.

Prof. Drobnicki has published several articles relating to the presence of Holocaust-denial materials in libraries and on the Internet. He has also written numerous biographies for reference books. Drobnicki joined the York Library Faculty in 1995, and has been active on departmental and college committees, and is currently a member of the PRR Steering Committee, part of the ongoing Middle States re-accreditation process.

Prof. Kinyatti has written numerous biographical articles in reference books. Her research interests focus on gender discrimination in education and violence in Africa with a special emphasis on sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).  She is also interested in school libraries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Finding definitive information in a variety of topics is my specialty. In the past, I have published several books and articles on the use of several computer based programs in the Library.

Mr. Sarwar's interests are in the areas of computer sciences and technologies. He has presented his knowledge and liaison between academic and information technology department; interacts with staffs from IT Helpdesk to ensure that systems issues are reported and followed-up on.

His is specialized and contributes to a team of professionals dedicated to provide support in relation to network, operating systems, and applications. He is inquisitive and eager to learn more new skills, to take more responsibilities especially in terms of techniques, technology in the information technology world, which is a very fast changing environment.

Being a System Administrator Mr. Sarwar currently working at York College Library's IT systems which provides technical supports to the Library in high volume of faculty and students using PC's and workstations within Network, hardware/software troubleshooting, ability to recognize problem situations and work with technology teams for resolution.

Prof. Sheidlower (AKA Scott) has published several biographical articles relating to various topics from terrorism to American cinema. He has just published a book on using humor to teach information literacy which he co-wrote with Joshua Vossler of Carolina Coastal University in Conway, South Carolina. He has presented at several conferences as bot an invited keynote speaker and a panelist on topics ranging from humor and teaching in the library to working with the disabled in library settings.

Di Su's research interests are in academic reference databases and research resources on the Internet, business and investing, Classical music, and sports. He has published several articles and edited two books relating to these fields.

Prof. Urban's research interests are library science, emerging technologies, women’s studies, English literature, and European social history.

Prof. Young has written several biographical articles for reference books, as well as contributing articles about Serials and Interlibrary Loan to the Library newsletter.
