York Student Email
The York College student email system is a web-based service powered and hosted by Microsoft Office 365 for Undergraduate, Graduate and Non-Degree students who registered with our campus. Microsoft Office 365 is a collaboration between Microsoft and CUNY to provide our students with a feature-rich set of tools that take advantage of Microsoft's cloud-based product offerings such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint all Online. Additional features are available like shared calendar, address book and cloud storage (called OneDrive) with more tools for collaboration being added.

Dear Student: The directions below should be attempted at least once before seeking help. The IT Service Desk is available in the Academic Core Building York Library on the 3rd floor at the G wing entrance. We are there from 9:00AM until the close of the Library. Our Service Desk can also be reached at 718-262-5311 or you can create a YConnect Self Service ticket. To do this go to the "Login To" prompt at the top of this page and select "Service Desk(Student)".
