Network Account / Email Form

Faculty and Staff may use this form to request a York Network Account (VPN, CMS, Computer Login, wireless, egrade, exchange email/calendaring, Network Storage, BMC/ePAF, etc) account. This account enables you to access campus computing services such as library databases, Content Management System, and wireless campus network ability.

The following information is needed to request/activate your VPN-AD account.

Use AC for Academic Core, SC Science Building, PAC Performing Arts Center etc
We require an off-site phone number such as cell or home. This number is private and is not shared with anyone.
This is the Secretary or Chairperson of your department
