Walk-In Services

These Walk-In services are available during normal business hours at the three main support locations around campus. The Library and Class Room Building during the semester and the main YConnect Contact Center during peak registration periods at room AC-2E03D. For a list of those locations and hours of operation see the menu on the left under Service Desk Support Areas.

  • Computer Logon – password reset, basic troubleshooting
  • Printing / Copying – password reset, add balance, unlock account
  • Network Storage – password reset
  • Wireless Access – password reset, configure laptop for access
  • VPN – password reset
  • ePortfolio – password reset

CUNY Portal

  • Blackboard – password reset, how to’s and basic troubleshooting including escalation when needed
  • eSIMS – password reset, web browser compatibility, unofficial transcript, pay Bursar’s invoice, registration (only available to students who have completed at least one semester)
  • ePermit – password reset, Registrar's office access mitigation
  • Degree Audit / Cardinal Check – password reset, assist students to complete the ‘help’ form that goes to the Degree Works Coordinator
  • eMall – password reset, assist to download free anti-virus and other software
