FREE VACCINES for STUDENTS ONLY:
Measles, Mumps, & Rubella (MMR)
Students without Health Insurance, or their insurance does not pay for vaccines may get vaccinated for:
TDAP, HepB & Flu
- Bring immunization card (if you have one)
- Students under 18 need paretn/guardian consent
