For students to expedite their choice to enroll, students must have the following documents available:

  • Birth Certificate or Passport
  • (For you and/or your children)
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Green Card or Citizenship Papers
  • Proof of Address (Utility or Credit Card Bill, Drivers License)

HIV Testing will be done by Clergy United for Community Empowerment & Blood Drive by NY Hospital Queens Blood Mobile 11am-4pm will be on Guy R. Brewer Blvd. Gifts given to Donors.
