What the Best College Teachers Do
Dr. Ken Bain, Vice Provost for Instruction at Montclair State University, will speak on his book, "What the Best College Teachers Do." The book, which won the 2004 Stone Award, reflects the findings of a 15-year study on the practices that great teachers use to engage and challenge students. This is the inaugural event of the York Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.
