From last year's attendees:
"I have NEVER enjoyed myself so much at a workshop, and I have been attending these types of events for over 20 years!"
"Great forum, new friends and professional contacts made.  Lab exercises were great in helping to understand the technology and uses."
"Really enjoyed the workshop - very well planned."

This three-day workshop will feature in-depth presentations and hands-on laboratory sessions on the detection of foodborne pathogens.  Experts from FDA, CDC, USDA, AOAC and industry will present case studies and the latest information on a variety of analytical approaches.
