Thurgood Marshall College Fund Walmart First Generation Scholarship Deadline December 19
Be enrolled as a full-time student in on of TMCF's 47 member-schools for the 2012-2013 academic school year.
Have a high school grade point average of 80 or higher.
Be a first-generation college student.
Have demonstrated leadership ability through a variety of measures.
Be a United States citizen.
You must include the following with your scholarship application:
Resume(include community service, leadership and employment/internship experience)
Student Aid Report(recieved from filing FAFSA)
Must recent transcript(applicants may upload a copy of either an unofficial or official transcript)*Must be submitted as a PDF
Letter of recommendation from current school faculty
Essay: In a minimum of 500 words, please address the following question(What does it mean to be the first person in your family to recieve a college degree?)
