Application requirements/components will vary depending on the type of grant and/or the country for which you are applying. It is important that you follow the general guidelines for application as well as the guidelines for the specific type of award, program, and/or host country. Each of the items is explained in more detail on this website. It is the applicant’s responsibility to understand what is required for their application/program and to submit the appropriate documents by the stated campus or IIE application deadline.

The competition is open. The online application for the 2012-13 U.S. Student Fulbright Competition is available here.

Application Deadlines

The application deadline for the 2012-2013 competition will be 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 17, 2011.  The online application and supporting credentials must be submitted by this deadline.
