- Fall 2013 EPAF System Due to enhancements which took place within the ePAF system, we asked that you refrain from creating appointments/reappointments EPAFs for the Fall 2013 semester until all training sessions were conducted. We are happy to report that all training sessions have concluded and departments can now begin creating and submitting Fall 2013 ePAFs.
