Can I get into a closed section of Writing 300?

Frequently Asked Questions about the College-Wide Writing Program

Possibly.  Overtally permission is NOT routinely granted for the Writing 300 courses.  Graduating seniors and students in select majors may be eligible for consideration.  If you believe your circumstances warrant special permission, please complete our online Special Permission Form. If your request is denied, be sure to register early in the upcoming term since these courses fill very early in the registration process.
