Due to enhancements which took place within the ePAF system, we asked that you refrain from creating appointments/reappointments EPAFs for the Fall 2013 semester until all training sessions were conducted. We are happy to report that all training sessions have concluded and departments can now begin creating and submitting Fall 2013 ePAFs. If you experience any technical difficulties using the system, please continue to contact Greg Vega gvega@york.cuny.edu

AnnouncementSuspension of ePAF application due to system upgrade
Due to enhancements taking place within the ePAF system, effective immediately departments should not move forward with processing any appointment/ reappointment ePAFs for the fall 2013 semester in the ePAF system. You can expect to use the enhanced ePAF system immediately after training. Shortly, You will receive an e-mail inviting you to one of several enhancement training sessions taking place between May 22nd and May 23rd. It is important that you or a representative that utilizes the ePAF system attend any one training session.

AnnouncementAdjunct Health Insurance Extended to June 30, 2014
Adjunct health insurance through the PSC-CUNY Welfare Fund has been extended for a year and two months-through June 30, 2014. An agreement between the PSC and CUNY on the 14-month extension was reached today, and was supported by a vote by the Welfare Fund Board of Trustees.
New York State Deferred Compensation Plan
The Plan is a voluntary retirement savings plan offered by New York State and your employer, to allow public employees like you to put aside money from each paycheck toward retirement. The Plan can help bridge the gap between what you have in your pension and Social Security, and how much you'll need in retirement.
