In 1996, Associate Professor Glenn Lewis interviewed the legendary newscaster Walter Cronkite for Library Journal on the publication of Cronkite’s memoir, A Reporter’s Life. He was recently asked by Library Journal to update his original piece following Cronkite’s death July 17. Lewis has been promoted to professor which takes effect September 1.

The pairings have been announced for the upcoming CUNY Athletic Conference basketball championships. The men's basketball team, the top seed in the playoffs, will host #8 CCNY on Saturday at 3:00 p.m., while the women, the fifth seed, will visit fourth-seeded Staten Island on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
