The Office of Academic Affairs and the Advisement Center would like to remind all students to make an appointment with your Major/Academic Advisor for the upcoming Summer and Fall Semesters
- Transfer Student Orientation
The orientation will be a good opportunity for the new students to connect to York College by meeting other students as well as faculty and staff and hearing about college services. Activities at the orientation will include faculty panel discussions from each of the three schools; workshops to introduce students to available scholarships, tutoring services and other academic information; an information fair with academic departments and student services; and a college tour.

- Reminder That Students Needn't Stand in Line When They Can Pay Online
As students prepare to register for the summer and fall 2014 semesters, please remind them to regularly check their CUNYfirst accounts and to read their York College email. Also student CUNYfirst accounts provide the most up to date information on student academic and financial records.
- Late Registration Advisement
Advisement will be provided for York students that are registering for Fall classes.

Dr. Criss, York's pre-medical and health career advisor, will be hosting a general information meeting for students interested in a career in the health professions.
